Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
Plan your workforce with a structured approach. SWP guides you through every step—Baseline, Cost Assumptions, Demand, Supply, and Gap Management—to help organisations anticipate future needs, optimize costs, and make data-driven workforce decisions.
Activity Analysis (Surveys)
Collect insights directly from employees and managers through three survey types:
- Time Allocation - Understand where employees spend most of their time to optimize work distribution.
- Performance Rating - Provide clear visibility into employee performance to support promotions, increments, and workforce planning.
- AI Impact - Assess how employees use AI, which tools are effective, and where automation opportunities exist.
- All responses feed into reports, giving leaders actionable insights for both employee development and organisational growth.
Project Creation
Focus on what matters by creating projects from a dataset with defined scope (e.g., Marketing team only). This allows you to:

Analytics Hub
Previously, analysis pages were fixed.
Introducing:
- Create your own custom analysis pages using predefined widgets.
- Customize page layouts.
- Edit predefined widgets (change chart type, X/Y values, and styling).
Dataset Import
Earlier, you could only upload a single dataset and edit records one by one, without version control. Errors required a full re-upload.
Introducing:
- Upload datasets, map columns, and validate instantly.
- View and edit errors online in a spreadsheet-like grid.
- Filter rows by errors for faster correction.
- Create multiple versions of datasets (e.g., August, September) for historical comparison.
Org Chart Visualization
Earlier, org charts supported only 500–1,000 nodes and lacked scalability.
Introducing:
- Visualize large datasets (up to 10,000 nodes) with smooth expand/collapse.
- Use Spotlight mode to highlight nodes based on filters.
- Add comments directly on the org tree.
- Choose from multiple layouts (Top-to-Bottom, Bottom-to-Top, Left-to-Right, Right-to-Left).
- Expand by level or view the full branch.
- Explore advanced chart types: Aligned Tree, Sunburst, Treemap, Circle Pack, Force-Directed Tree.
- Perform node actions like duplicate node with branch, view details in sidebar, and manage branches.
